Formentera: the Caribbean of our sea

What a marvel, this Caribbean pearl that isn't in the Caribbean at all!! Formentera..30 minutes from the ports of Ibiza, this wonderful blue island, still untouched by concrete diving boards and resort hotels...it offers light and sun, a few jellyfish, prices that are sometimes exorbitant, but a spectacle of water and sand, a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, plenty of sea, plenty of sun...and a few burns!!! Since we Italians are not entirely daft...we storm it every summer, sometimes with too much cunning, sometimes as if it were the standardised showing-off of a social status to display in a shop window...wrong!!! Who cares how you're dressed, what swimsuit you're wearing or where you bought it, how many houses you have or how much money you have...here we are all equal, we seek the relaxation we lack, we seek to reflect a little and stay calm, having fun and loving this divine place...many

unfortunately don't think so...whatever!
