The story

(84 km from home). The winter sea has an incredible charm, especially on a gloomy day. For St Valentine's Day, a trip to Terracina, a much more popular spot in the warm season. Lunch at the Fishermen's Cooperative with excellent fresh food at a very, very modest price. We tried to climb Monte Giove, the watchful sentinel over the town and the sea, but given the awful weather we settled for photographing and admiring the view with Circe lying in the background.
