The story

Twelfth edition of the Living Nativity of Codiverno, a small village in the province of Padua. This year the theme is "From the Twelve Tribes to the Whole Universe". The twelve tribes of Israel are represented, with their typical trades, to then recount significant stages of the apostle Paul from Athens, the cultural reference point of the time, to Rome, the political capital. Then a tribute to the city of Padua, four hundred years after Galileo's discovery of Jupiter. In the nativity scene 300 performers alternate, along a route about 300 metres long, whose creation cost about 2000 hours of work. The performances follow one another every holiday until next 25 January. Come in great numbers and you won't be disappointed.
