The story

Sottomarina enjoys a beach that stretches beyond the mouth of the Brenta, as far as that of the Adige, into the beach of Isolaverde, an area renowned for its sandy soil, particularly suited to market gardening, and today a well-known tourist centre equipped with modern bathing establishments immersed in greenery. Around ten kilometres long and with a depth that in some stretches reaches 300 metres, the beach of Sottomarina is characterised and appreciated throughout the whole coastline for the quality of its sand, very fine, with a large presence of silicates which, together with a regularly moderate and constant breeze, make this beach particularly recommended for heliotherapy treatments and a splendid tan. There are many stretches of perfectly clean free beach for a day in the open air.
