The Veterans of Libya

With all the crews we'd met on the trip to Libya we had decided to meet up again, the meeting place being Anghiari, a convenient spot for everyone, both those from the south and those from the north. Not all the participants came, some dropped out for various reasons, but we were very pleased that Giampaolo took part in the meeting: he and his partner had accompanied and guided us through that fabulous country that is Libya. We had lunch at an agriturismo where we ate and drank well, and after visiting the town everyone returned home, with the promise that we would meet again on another trip........ perhaps Morocco.
