We left the car in the square by the ski slopes at Alagna and continued the hike on foot. You can also go up by cable car, which stops right at the "Bocchetta delle Pisse". The landscape is spectacular and, if you're interested, you can take a walk on the dam: it's impressive.

Alagna and Gressoney are also worth a visit for their beautiful houses in Walser architecture, typical of these regions.
