The story

The Roya Valley is usually used only to get from Ventimiglia to Turin, and indeed since antiquity it has been the natural and simplest route linking the Po Valley to the sea. This time we devoted ourselves to the lower French part, visiting Breil-sur-Roya (Breglio) and Saorge (Saorgio). Next time we'll head for Tende and the Valley of Wonders!
