During these Easter holidays, for the first time, my boyfriend and I took a real trip on our own!!
We travelled by car: we set off from near Florence and to reach Innsbruck it took us about 6 hours. To travel on the Austrian motorways you must pay a tax that is then valid for 15 days; moreover we also had to pay again at the entrance (we don't know why).
Innsbruck is truly adorable, a little gem surrounded by the Alps. Moreover, in the Easter period, in the central square there is a little market full of coloured eggs, little bunnies and so on. The Innsbruck card is useful, with which you can also take the cable car.
The guesthouse where we stayed is called Gasthof Innbrucke, it is in a very convenient position near the centre and it is good value. The only flaw is the noise from the road, which continues until late.
After two days in Innsbruck we continued towards Bavaria...
