The story

The bicycle raid in the far south of the world is an idea we'd had in mind (me and Ale, my travel companion) for a few years! The year before we'd "warmed up our legs" on the Tuscan hills and so we threw ourselves into this adventure! The route took us from S. Carlos de Bariloche, on the shores of Lake Nahuel Huapi, in the park of the same name, to El Chalten, at the foot of Cerro Torre. All of it riding a stretch of the Carretera Austral in Chile and going from the shores of the Pacific to the Atlantic. About 800 km by bike and the rest by hitchhiking and bus.

The travel diary and other photos are available on our website.
