After Boston our new destination is Niagara Falls... the journey is long... we pass through many little towns in Vermont that are tourist destinations for Americans... we come across a parade of fire trucks... hurray for America... It really feels like being on holiday... we also stop at Keene, a place famous for its covered bridges, called kissing bridges because the local young people used to kiss their girlfriends while crossing the bridge so as not to be seen... They're really worth it... and it feels like being in a film... We also reach Albany, the capital of the United States, we carry on with our trip and stop to sleep in a truly typical motel, the nicest we stayed in, beside a little lake... In the morning we set off again and finally visit the famous: NIAGARA FALLS... The scenery is breathtaking...
we were left speechless; we take the ferry THE MAID OF THE MIST, which takes us right under the falls... they give us a big raincoat to shelter us... Once off the boat we did THE CAVE OF THE WINDS, a walk near the falls, where we had a great time because it felt like being at Gardaland... In this corner of Paradise you truly see the majesty of nature. We cross the bridge that connects the United States and Canada... we need our passports because we're changing country... The Canadian Niagara Falls is nothing but the Canadian Las Vegas... very particular and not to be missed... Towards evening we then resume our journey and the next destination is: Lancaster
