At the end of the second academic year, in Aeronautics, all students with the so-called CSA category: "Air Traffic Control", are sent to Great Britain (England, Ireland or Scotland), each hosted by a local family and for a period ranging from three to four weeks, for a full immersion in the English language. I was assigned to a delightful Scottish-Singaporean family living in the centre of the Scottish capital: Edinburgh! I lived with them for three unforgettable weeks. I visited many fascinating and interesting places and then lost myself in the extraordinary local nightlife... without neglecting my studies... of course...
