Summer far from the chaos

A week in French-speaking Switzerland. A wonderful lake set amid the beauty of the Franco-Swiss Jura. Excellent food and a warm welcome in a small "pied dans l'eau" hotel. In the area the paths are very well marked and there are restaurants both expensive and cheap, but all of excellent quality. Try the beef cooked on a slate, a speciality of the region. Don't miss the desserts. Eating is fine, but walking is essential in this crystal-clear, unpolluted air. See you soon, Switzerland!
