The story

Trip with my friends to Madrid for New Year's Eve. An unforgettable New Year's Eve. I already knew Madrid, having been there two years earlier at Easter, but you know, in these big cities you never stop discovering new things, new places, new habits. In short, Madrid is worth it for its monuments: the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral, Plaza de España, Puerta del Sol, El Buen Retiro Park and so on, not to mention the nightlife, which is crazy. I recommend the university district and the Latin quarter, full of disco pubs. For shopping it's really a good tip. The shopping streets are Gran Via and Calle Serrano, but you buy well everywhere. In Madrid at New Year it's usual to dress up, so go there and discover the capital. It absolutely deserves it.
