Fuerteventura, the island of the dunes

FUERTEVENTURA...WHAT CAN I SAY....A LOT OF SAND DUNES!!!! Jokes aside, it is a nice island with the desert close to the sea that creates all this series of sand dunes in which you can shelter from the wind.....and from the indiscreet glances of passers-by....!!! Lots of naturism on the beach.....a real treat!!.......However the sea is ugly,.......cold and with algae!! Honestly I preferred to stay nice and comfortable in the hotel pool which, among other things, was wonderful and I recommend it to everyone!!! It is called RIU PALACE TRES ISLAS....the food is divine and it offers all the comforts needed for a nice relaxing holiday! Corralejo, the central village of the island, is nothing special...but one evening it certainly deserves a little tour.

In short, honestly, if it weren't for the wonderful hotel and the fun walks among the dunes...I certainly wouldn't feel like recommending this island! In any case, good Canaries to everyone! Max
