The story

Hi everyone,

Colletta di Castelbianco is an ancient medieval village perched on a hill a few kilometres from Albenga, surrounded by the greenery of the Pennavaire Valley. It was gradually abandoned by its traditional inhabitants and, in the mid-1900s, was reduced to a picturesque heap of ruins. Today its stone houses and little lanes have been fully restored, and once again its windows look out over the valley's terraces planted with olive and cherry trees.

The restoration of the village is unique in Italy, as it combines ancient aesthetic appeal with the most modern technology, respecting the beauty of the old stone stairs and vaulted ceilings while discreetly incorporating contemporary high technology. The apartments are fully wired with fibre optics to give residents and holiday guests access to the latest telecommunications and entertainment technology.

In Colletta apartments are available to buy or rent. The internet village is ideal both as a holiday spot and as a place to live and telework.
