Costa Smeralda: Paradise

At last another summer has arrived and at last we're off to Sardinia... We travel by night on the ship in our bunk... and early in the morning we're already at the Golfo degli Aranci, destination PORTO ROTONDO.. Our residence was called Punta Marana and it was truly beautiful....The apartment was comfortable and very practical: there was even a dishwasher....It was a wonderful holiday...the sea enchanting..... I recommend a restaurant where we ate fish very well, called S'INCONTRU....how good it was... The best memory is certainly the boat trip to La Maddalena....Finally seeing the famous Pink Beach was a lovely emotion... Porto Cervo too is decidedly chic, but certainly not within our reach...the yachts moored in the port are incredibly luxurious....

Every day we visited a different beach from the others, as you can see from the photos....and every day was a unique emotion....In August the beaches and roads are certainly super crowded, but we had no particular problems...The beach most lively with young people was LISCIA RUJIA...they even came from the sea to get to the beach bar.... The only mishap: my husband stepped on a sea urchin and for a few days couldn't swim... Near our residence there was a little harbour where some boats were moored and every evening we went for a stroll...it was very relaxing...and then there was already a blue and brown sailing ship that I liked so much.... What lovely memories and I hope to relive them soon....
