The story

For one of my first sunny Sundays (after returning from my trip to Asia), I finally decided to see this Villa located a few kilometres from Rome.

I knew it was big and beautiful, but I didn't think it was ENORMOUS and MARVELLOUS.

It really feels like going back to ancient Rome... an even stronger sensation than the Imperial Fora, which are immersed in the heart of Rome and where out of the corner of your eye you can still see and hear the cars. Not here! When you are inside you breathe atmospheres typical of "Gladiator", with the immense avenues of cypresses and no annoying noise nearby.

In fact the advice for visiting it is to bring a picnic blanket and lie in the sun, escaping (at least for a day) from the frantic rhythms of everyday life! Flaminio Bizzotti
