The Savoy Summer Residence

A lovely place to visit, Racconigi Castle, one of the Savoy estates, where they loved to spend the summer or go hunting. One detail that feels very modern... in this place the Savoys loved to invite rulers from all over Europe, even from Russia, dedicating to them rooms decorated with their colours and symbols. It's clear that back then the rulers were called Tsar, today Putin; back then they came to this place, today they go to Sardinia, always as guests of some new ruler... what can you say, times change but the substance...
