Cycling from Chivasso to Lake Candia

A nice bike ride from Chivasso to Lake Candia, passing through La Mandria, a lovely rural pearl, and then through Tonengo as far as Mazze; here there's a little restaurant on the square, very simple and cheap but you eat quite well, at least the essentials; after all, for two starters and two first courses and drinks for 13 euros, what do you expect?;-)))) In Mazze we can visit the castle of the same name; having left the little village in the direction of Vische, we climb the gentle slope, and once it's over we leave the road on the left to take the little road towards Lake Candia. Once we reach it we can admire it from some very beautiful points and we can almost completely circle it, observing the very varied wildlife and the noticeably beautiful and simple landscape.

We head for Vische and continue until we reach the village; from there with a small detour we can gaze at the Dora Baltea. For the return we'll take the road towards Mazze and continue along the same road as on the way out. A trip of about 50 km but simply beautiful; the roads are quite quiet but always watch out for the idiot drivers, especially if they've been drinking. buoniviaggiatutti ventoenuvole
