The story

It is true that staying within your own borders is not the nicest thing, but a bit for those who cannot go out much and a bit for anyone who happens to be in these parts, it is lovely to go around the nativity scenes. This living nativity scene was created in Binetto, a small farming village about 12 km from the regional capital. The setting evokes ancient trades, the backdrop is the old town. The church that organises it, moreover, is a little gem built under the empire of Frederick I, later affected by Baroque contamination, and contains very precious works from the 15th and 17th centuries, in short a real find discovered on Christmas Day!
