Three Special Days

As soon as we disembark we find one small but big difference compared with Panarea… the cars… we rent a very small little car and decide to take a tour of the island, which became famous in the news for having been one of the locations of the film “Il Postino” with Massimo Troisi. In the evening, on the way back towards the Reggio Calabria pier, we sail by hydrofoil not far from the majestic Amerigo Vespucci, the most famous training ship in the world, anchored a short distance from the island of Stromboli. Our holiday in Sicily / Calabria comes to an end and, as every year, we still have 1 week to spend in the Marche at San Benedetto del Tronto.
