The story
A brief stop at the home of friends in an area on the border between Umbria and Lazio, sparsely populated (twenty inhabitants in summer) but in close contact with nature and greenery. For anyone who wants to get to know this side of Umbria beyond the religious pilgrimage of those who choose Cascia as their destination. Among other things, the food is excellent: Castelluccio is famous for its lentils and Cascia for its cacciatorino salami. And in Passignano there's a bar that sells excellent croissants....
