Carovigno and Punta Penna Grossa (near the WWF oasis)

a windy and cold day, practically impossible to visit the Torre Guaceto oasis, located halfway between Brindisi and Carovigno, where you can admire birds of various kinds and enjoy the splendid view of a crystal-clear sea (though today it's rather rough). So, after taking a few illustrative photos of the place, we're forced to divert towards the nearest town, Carovigno itself, home to a small but delightful castle… but first let's make a stop in a little village: Serranova
