This trip was spectacular:D! I went to a kind of college, the so-called Goethe Institute, which organises summer courses but also ones longer than a month in German locations where it lets you learn the language properly and by fully immersing yourself in it:D!!! I visited Berlin and Dresden. The course was held in Berlin so unfortunately I could only stay one day in Dresden because it was included in the trip package. We also visited Potsdam.
Berlin is beautiful, very clean; in the evening the clubs and pubs are less expensive than in Italy — just think that in a club paying for the cloakroom costs just one euro and entry is around 5-6 € no more than 10, in short! The thing I found most expensive is water, food a bit less, but a small bottle of water can cost from 1.50€ upwards O_O!!! Anyway it's splendid, and be careful not to walk on the cycle lanes, as cyclists can run you over — and they're entitled to!!! The underground is excellent, and remember to always buy a ticket, because inspectors wander the metro in plain clothes; the buses are truly efficient too. Dresden, on the other hand, is a truly spectacular city. I was struck by its beauty and its architecture. If you want, you can also swim in the canal, or rather soak your feet — I did.
I highly recommend visiting these two cities at least once in your life because it's really worth it:)!!!! Bye everyone ^^ If you have any questions, comment on the post and ask away, bye^^ P.S. I took loads of photos but didn't feel like posting them all here because it's tiring XD! if anyone wants to see them I took like 560 ^^ you can go to my Live Spaces:) bye again everyone and vote for my trip bye:D!
