The story
On the way back from the Netherlands, a visit to King Ludwig's castles, with their splendour and the architecture out of step with the time in which he lived. Neuschwanstein, Linderhof, Herrenchiemsee. Seeing these marvellous castles, you understand how far this man's madness could go.
