The story

A week in the mountains, the gentle ones of the French-Swiss Jura, in Pontarlier. A little town at almost 900 metres of altitude, set in a very beautiful area. Lakes, beautiful rivers, even more beautiful river sources, walks, stupendous greenery. Don't miss the typical dish of the area: the "Mont d'Or chaud". It's a typical winter dish, but in the cool of the mountains it must be tasted (at least for those who love cheese). The dish consists of a variety of meats and cold cuts, over which you pour, from a separate small pan, a kind of fondue of local cheeses. enjoy your meal!
