Christmas Markets under the Snow in Innsbruck

My boyfriend and I decided to spend a weekend in Innsbruck to visit the Christmas markets. We stayed at the Dollinger Hotel, which turned out to be excellent because it is just outside the centre but very convenient by car and for all connections.... although I must be honest... I still have to understand how public transport works! After getting lost several times we in fact learned from the information office, where we got the Innsbruck card, that the maps were old... and so we ended up on a bus that took us up a mountain and then back to where we were before. Anyway, the city centre is very nice, there is a lot to visit; we saw Ambras Castle, the Swarovski world and the Alpine zoo. Of course we tasted the typical cuisine and we never put the umbrella away... but what Christmas markets are they without snow!!!?!!
