The story

Truly a beautiful trip, the one I made to Beijing and its surroundings (Great Wall included). China is absolutely worth seeing to make you realise both the glorious past, of which it still carries the vestiges in its temples and in the Forbidden City, and the modernity of the centre of Beijing. A very strong contrast that is even more evident in Tiananmen Square, where students opposed to the regime approach you wanting to talk to foreigners. In any case, China was a wonderful trip that I recommend everyone make.... and then it's not expensive and you let loose with the most varied shopping! Good China to everyone! Max
