New Zealand by Daniele Somenzi with Mauro Landed in Auckland and with a connection to the capital, we rent a Toyota Yaris and set off for the north-east coast; landscapes every day fantastic, like paintings, I keep filming without ever getting tired of it. Up there on the mountains full of sheep there are many wind turbines generating power for the country; they are very tall and the wind spins them very fast. In the following days we visit a forest national park and also the fumaroles of Rotorua; we also treat ourselves to a somewhat unusual bath, the stream has hot water. A helicopter ride over Lake Rotorua doesn't hurt either. Then to Hamilton, down southwest to stop at New Plymouth. We return to the capital, Wellington, from where we take the flight to Auckland and Los Angeles. bye
