Hawaii with Vanni My brother Vanni and I spend 15 days there, about 4 days per island. we go straight north to Kauai, where we rent a big American car, chevrolet.I don't understand why many times we rent cars of the smallest category and then regularly get a big one for the same price, Anyway we go to the local municipal office to request the permit to camp, since here there are no public campsites but areas set aside for that purpose, upon payment of 4 dollars. a day. So Vanni and I pitch the three-person tent almost at the end of the east road, in a designated area, 20 metres from the ocean complete with coral reef, and we organise ourselves for the 4 days we'll spend there, first of all the mornings jogging, then after a dip in the sea or a shower, visiting the island and shopping for the steaks to grill in front of our tent.
An immense canyon attracts many tourists on the opposite side of the island, leaving us open-mouthed, it resembles the Grand Canyon in Arizona or rather the Fish River canyon in Namibia. Naturally helicopters fly about inside it with tourists on board. bye from Kauai
