Raid in Canada

I arrived in Canada as a very brief appendix to a long tour of the USA. I crossed the border by car over the Rainbow Bridge, which links the Canadian province of Ontario with the US state of New York. Right beyond the bridge, once past customs, I reached the tourist town of Niagara Falls. Here, in the company of three friends, we walked along the riverbank to admire the falls from various angles and wait for night to fall to watch the illumination show. After seeing the falls reflect the coloured lights we went to a local steakhouse for dinner, then returned to the USA to spend the night.
