Ryanair flight Parma-Stansted, here we take the Stansted Express (train) with tickets bought on the plane for 27 euros (open return) which takes us to Liverpool station, 10 minutes from our fabulous Hoxton hotel by Bond Street. In three days we visited everything that was possible to visit: Camden Town, Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery, the rich south bank of the Thames and its views with the Egg (the city hall), the City with its modern gags among which "The Gherkin" stands out, Tower Bridge and the Tower of London (Castle), Westminster House and Abbey, Buckingham Palace, the British Museum, the shopping streets including Oxford Street, Saint Paul's Cathedral, the Millennium Bridge with the Tate Modern Gallery, The Globe, Shakespeare's theatre, London Bridge, and even the London Eye, the modern Ferris wheel (17 pounds).
A sparkling, varied and diverse city, where the melting pot is the key word. In the evening it is full of entertainment, attractions, theatrical and musical shows, and many restaurants where you can eat. To get around we used our legs and sometimes the metro, buying for 20 pounds the Oyster card which entitles you to travel on the underground and buses in zones 1 and 2 for all 3 days. In short, a trip not to be missed for the open-minded!! Have a good trip
