Departure

Flight from Milan Malpensa using KLM's free miles. Milan-Amsterdam flight KL1624 at 12:25 -> 14:20 Amsterdam-Edinburgh flight KL1285 at 15:00 -> 15:30 Once I arrive at the airport I take the bus to the city and the first thing that strikes me are the taxis in which you can sit both facing the direction of travel and facing the opposite direction:-) The bus arrives right in the centre and about a hundred metres away is the Edinburgh Central, the youth hostel that will host me for the first nights. Really nice, clean and convenient!

Rosslyn Chapel

The first day in Scotland is dedicated to Rosslyn Chapel. I take the bus that takes me to Rosslyn and take advantage of the guided tours to admire the bas-reliefs of this splendid chapel!
