The story
A study holiday at the Mester school. Accommodation with families partnered with the school. The city is very welcoming, calm, inexpensive and rich in history and monuments. Salamanca is also close to Madrid (250 km), Avila and Segovia, and is home to the oldest Spanish university, and the third oldest in Europe. Many Spanish figures are linked to the city of Salamanca; the most famous is, without doubt, Miguel de Unamuno, a great philosopher and writer, and also head of the University.
