It may not have been the most exotic trip of my life, but I certainly keep a wonderful memory of this experience on the Costa Brava; you could safely say it was one of my most fun holidays. I joined almost by chance a group of friends who had long since planned their itinerary... I was coming out of a rather unhappy period and, thanks to the company of Annalisa, Giulia, Sabrina, Veronica, Alberto and Marco, I picked myself up quickly and spent ten carefree days. On this holiday I also got to know better a girl who is still my girlfriend... I too took an active part in organising the trip, convincing my companions to drop the idea of travelling by train in favour of renting a minibus... the legendary red Vito... a choice that proved spot on, giving us far more freedom of movement.
Sadly, the days we spent on the Costa Brava didn't give us always brilliant sunshine, so we had to limit ourselves to the nearest beaches and... to the typical nightlife of Lloret and Tossa de Mar... what happened around there we certainly won't forget any time soon... Among other things, these two places reminded me of the years when I was a child and had come with my football team to take part in local tournaments... truly great moments... at the age of 9 and 10 I felt like I was living in a dream!! The last days in Barcelona; what can I say about this city, which I had also already visited on a school trip in high school — Barcelona is joy, it's celebration, it's art, it's the bustling Rambla, it's Gaudí with his visionary works; in short, it's Movida, as they say around there.
