We spend the 2 June long weekend in Rimini for a full immersion in total fun dedicated to our son Matteo. Besides Falò, Max Mouse and Anacleto we also decide to visit San Marino, which is really a stone's throw from Rimini. The day of the visit is not chosen at random. The weather forecast announces a cloudy day with likely rain. Fiabilandia really cannot be enjoyed in the rain, whereas with a k-way worn properly we can visit castles, towers and walls without too much trouble. The forecast is not wrong (the photos prove it) but the visit was pleasant all the same. Unbeknownst to us we find ourselves in the middle of the Corpus Christi ceremony, which we gladly watch, partly to please Matteo and partly because so many soldiers in the town streets give a pleasant touch of folklore.
The episode strongly reminds us of 'Non ci resta che piangere'; where are we, in Frittole? No, in San Marino..!
