Norway on my own I leave Bologna with Lufthansa and arrive in Oslo after a stopover in Frankfurt (what an ugly airport). Here I have a few hours of waiting and I leave the terminal and take refuge in some greenery; I realise that, being June, the light struggles to fade even though it is already 9.00 pm. I go back to catch the SAS MD 80 flight that takes me north. On board the gentleman sitting to my right is angry because he lost his mobile phone at the airport. It happens. The plane lands after a couple of hours in Tromsø; it is strange, the further north you go the more the light increases, even though you are getting closer and closer to midnight. Here the airport is nice; only my flight is departing. The houses you can see around all have their windows closed or at least with the shutters down; here the only way to get darkness and sleep is that.
I get back on the same plane that takes me to Svalbard. bye
