With the Beatles in Salsomaggiore Terme

The story

From Abbey Road to Viale Romagnosi, in Salsomaggiore Terme: the music of the legendary Beatles will make the hearts of all enthusiasts beat during the First Edition of Salso Meets The Beatles, a musical-cultural event that on Saturday July 31 and Sunday August 1 will transform the center of the famous spa town into the capital of the celebrated music of the Liverpool group. As the title of one of the most beautiful songs written by George Harrison says, "Here comes the Sun": the event will bring the Sun of good music, the Beatles rhythms imbued with love into a beautiful garden city, sunny and full of joy. The event, conceived and produced by MUS.AR.TE.

– musical cultural Association of Salsomaggiore Terme, with the collaboration of the Beatlesiani d'Italia Associati, will see musical groups of every kind perform, from tribute bands to young pop-rock groups, but also jazz and folk ensembles, as well as classical music artists who will interpret the melodies of the most famous group in the world, it will also be an occasion to allow yourself a short stay in the splendid spa resort in the province of Parma. Salsomaggiore Terme is in fact very rich in parks and greenery, it is surrounded by beautiful hills, and is home to one of the best spa facilities in Europe, the wellness center of the Terme Berzieri, in a splendid Art Nouveau building.

Salso Meets The Beatles will be an event rich also in collateral cultural events, including a photo exhibition on the Beatles at the Sala Mainardi Palacongressi, and a seminar curated by Rolando Giambelli of the Beatlesiani d'Italia Associati with the musical performance of student instrumentalists (string quartet) of the Conservatory of Parma.
