2 days in Venice for the 53rd Biennale. ACCOMMODATION Hotel S. Stefano in Calle S. Stefano, behind S. Marco. Expensive in absolute terms but not by Venetian standards. Very convenient for its central location. NOT TO BE MISSED 1. The Arsenale, this year a cut above the Giardini; 2. The Giardini, in any case always interesting; 3. wandering through the canals
