The story
A day available near Lake Maggiore, so I take the chance for a tour between Stresa, queen of the lake, and nearby Arona. In this season, on a nice sunny day, quiet and peace assail you. The care taken of this small heritage is palpable. A postcard: the view of the Borromean islands standing out in the lake in the morning haze.
