White Rome, My City... As I Had Never Seen It

Saturday 4 February. A date to remember for all Romans. It isn't a trip, but my home. Lived for a day as if I were a tourist. A Saturday of celebration, for everyone. Rome cloaked in the white of a snowfall as heavy as no one remembered. All the inconvenience overtaken by the astonishment and wonder, not only of children. A Saturday on foot through the centre of a beautiful and very crowded Rome.
