Ischia - The Flowering Island

A relaxing weekend to enjoy the first sunbath. At this time of year the island is wonderful for its colours and the small tourist crowds. Sant'Angelo is a real gem. We stayed at Hotel Conte, a simple place but with an incomparable view!! Warmly recommended. The thermal gardens with the pools overlooking the sea are wonderful. Less showy than Capri, but undoubtedly better value and more genuine.
