Hungary by motorbike I am with my Yamaha 600 Ténéré motorbike and I am in transit from Hungary, coming from Italy, and continuing toward China, as far as Beijing. We are 6 motorbikes and 5 cars; it is the world adventure group, the very first ever to have obtained the permits to enter China with motorbikes. After passing through beautiful Austria, we enter Hungary and arrive after about 500 km, as far as Budapest, a city I don't like; we sleep at the Holiday Inn in the city centre; the trams and the plastic Trabant cars pass in front of the hotel continuously. I take a walk in the late afternoon but I don't go with the others to visit the city; seeing concrete and the chaos of homo sapiens doesn't attract me much.

Then off to bed; the next morning we set off and pass right along the edges of the Hungaroring Formula 1 circuit, where 3 days later they will hold the GP, then we drive to the border with Ukraine, where we lose 3 hours to get across to the other side. bye
