The story
A beautiful spot on the Rhine. A typical medieval town, also called the city of towers because of their multitude. Heavy barge traffic on the river and also a destination for Rhine cruises, often coming from the Moselle area, a tributary of the Rhine that joins it at Koblenz. Lovely in winter, but in spring it must be enchanting

Breve ma bella vacanza che mi ha permesso di visitare una parte della Germania che non conoscevo. Ottima ospitalità dell'Hotel-Restaurant Weiler (www.weinhaus-weiler.rheinhotel.com) ed ottimi piatti. Rientro in Italia attraverso la Foresta Nera. Merita una visita la città di FREUDENSTADT, passando per il Mummelsee.
