The story

Bavaria Ballonfahrten lets you discover the magical world of hot-air balloons! A typical balloon flight starts from our base in Bavaria. The burners heat the air and the balloon begins to rise gently and almost on its own — a true spectacle every time! Once the balloon has reached the vertical of the gondola, the passengers and the Bavaria Ballonfahrten pilot climb aboard the hot-air balloon. The pilot is very skilled and works the burner — increasing the amount of hot air produced — and the balloon slowly tends to rise into the sky. During the flight the pilot must be able to identify the wind direction at different altitudes. Since the balloon moves only when pushed by the wind, we fly — in the truest sense of the word — with the wind.

But the Bavaria Ballonfahrten pilots are true professionals with long experience and manage to vary the altitude until they enter a current with the desired direction. At the end of the flight everyone is enthusiastic and a first-flight certificate signed by the pilot is handed to all participants. Bavaria Ballonfahrten flies throughout Bavaria; we use the best equipment on the market and offer group or private flights, wedding flights, flights for children, corporate outings and corporate incentives, gift, birthday, surprise and anniversary flights... the reasons to fly with Bavaria Ballonfahrten are countless! Flying over the world-famous Neuschwanstein Castle in a balloon, or floating on a crossing flight above the Alps, is a unique and unforgettable experience.

An exciting adventure absolutely worth trying — fly in a hot-air balloon with Bavaria Ballonfahrten, come with us to discover Bavaria from above!
