A walk in Aquitaine

Little time available to cast an eye over this corner of France. A dawn over Arcachon, a sunset at the wonderful, imposing Dune du Pilat, an evening in Bordeaux. Undoubtedly Arcachon is an oasis of tranquillity, beautiful houses and a seafront to love, an excellent refuge for pensioners. The dunes are absolutely unmissable for anyone passing through these parts...the sunset is sensational. Bordeaux is truly beautiful and would deserve more than a few hours.
