Christmas in Colmar

Alone, I set off from Naples airport with Easyjet, bound for Basel. From there I reached Basel Central Station, where I took the train to Colmar. I stayed at the Hotel Primo (about 38€ per night). In this city the Christmas atmosphere is truly magical. On 28 Nov I went to Riquewihr and Ribeauville, pretty little towns in the heart of Alsace, with half-timbered houses and dotted with countless wine bars (Alsace is a region rich in vineyards). The connection from Colmar runs three times a day by bus and the return ticket costs about € 4.00. The terminus is close to the train station of Colmar.
