DIY Croatia

Setting off by car towards the Croatian sea, without having booked anything. Every day we always found very nice places to stay, like B&Bs, spending really very little. Abbazia and Fiume, the natural wonder of Plitvice Park, very pretty Trogir. From Split we board for BRAC, where we chose BOL to spend the seaside week. Its much-photographed tongue of sand is truly beautiful. The village is characteristic and calm and the food is to die for! It's absolutely worth stopping at HVAR too, both for the sea and for its beautifully kept and preserved village. In Croatia you feel at home.
