Relaxing in Santo Domingo

After the long march through the States... Caribbean relaxation. My first experience at an all-inclusive resort..and I think also my last. Very high Western standards, pampered all day long, but really little contact with the local customs and traditions. The constant discouragement from leaving the resort and the checks around it were the most negative note. The sea and the place are enchanting.
