The story

a week with my girlfriend and two other couples of friends on a fishermen's island: close to the local population, we lived with them and got to know their traditions and their way of life, swimming in dream spots... in the morning we would set off by boat to move between the various deserted islands of the atoll and, after a picnic on the beach and a 3-hour swim in the beautiful sea, we would return to the island......we discovered hidden places we hadn't seen the previous year at the resort, we ate typical dishes and played the locals' games with the Maldivians... one afternoon we all went fishing and, to my amazement, the girls caught lots of fish too!! we caught tuna, barracuda, groupers and red fish that they call Garibaldi... it's a holiday to do again; it cost a reasonable amount (690 Euro) plus the flight, which we paid 580 euro, with Meridiana...

it was a wonderful experience for those who, like us, love travel, nature, isolation from the daily chaos and the relaxation of the Maldives...
